Financial Agreements/Arrangements and Accountability:

Each talent has a different set guarantee, what they expect to make at their table, while attending the convention. Let’s face it, they are the Talent and the Draw for your show, based on the merits and credits of their respective careers. Fans want to meet them, get autographs from them and have photos taken with them for their collections. Talent will set their table rates for autographs, selfies, professional photo ops and any merchandise that they sell. B&A Management will coordinate with the Talent based on the event to be competitive with other talent booked at the event, so it makes it capable for the Talent to meet their guarantees.

If the talents guarantee is not met by shows end, the event will pay the talent the balance of what the talent did not meet. B&A Management has strict cash accountability standards for each talent. The highest level of integrity is expected by all parties on keeping table all cash/card sales accurate.

Talent Acquisition Contract:

B&A Management LLC will develop a talent and show event acquisition contract. This contract will be based on the agreed terms of each talent appearing, as negotiated between the talent and the venue. All terms of compensation will be included, as well as travel, lodging, meal accommodations, and other special needs. The contract could include specifics for show times, autograph times, photo op possibilities, talent breaks away from the table, and anything else deemed necessary. We represent working film, stage and acting business professionals, in the event that production, illness, personal family emergencies, acts of God occur, B&A Management will replace the talent with another agency talent for the same contract arrangements. The terms of this contract are non-negotiable once signed by both parties and will be legally binding by both parties.

Basic Requirements:

Transportation includes flights to and from the event. Be aware that some talents may request two flight tickets to attend, as they travel with their spouse, or a B&A Management LLC Representative, who will work as their table handler or business representative at convention events.

If the client drives to the event, transportation mileage is determined by the distance from the talent’s origin city to the venue and back. Total Mileage rates are figured at the Government National Mileage Rate as of the date of booking.

Transportation includes from the Airport to the Lodging Accommodations, or from the Lodging to the Event, and during the return from the Event to Lodging and Lodging to the Airport. All Talent Transportation is the Responsibility of the Event Booking the Talent. Use and payment of all secondary transportation such as Taxi Cabs, Uber, Lyft, Limo, Fleet Service, or Waymo/other Driverless Taxi’s, are the responsibility of the event, unless the talent waives the right to use event transportation. Otherwise, Talent will not pay for their own transportation.

B&A Management LLC does not pay for Talent Transportation, Lodging, Food Accommodations or incur other costs that are the financial responsibility of the event.

Hotel Accommodations:

Hotels must be Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, Hyatt, Wyndham, Staybridge, Westin, DoubleTree or comparable quality properties. Any other properties if these are not options in your area, must be approved with talent management and the talent.

Talent is responsible for putting down a credit card for room incidentals only upon checking in to lodging accommodations.

Food Arrangements:

Food must be provided at the event for the talent. Dinner Arrangements must be made and paid for by the venue, or a per diem paid to the talent to cover meal expenses. That agreed upon per diem must be paid to talent upon arrival to the venue. Talent may have food preferences and allergens to adhere to as described in the contract.

Alcoholic Beverages:

Payment of Alcoholic Beverages (Beer, Wine Spirits) is not the responsibility of any event, ever. The talent is solely responsible for any and all alcoholic beverages consumed by the talent.

B&A Management LLC Talent Non-Negotiables:

Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages or use of Illegal Substances during show hours is strictly prohibited by B&A Management LLC for all talents booked at any events.

All unethical, inappropriate actions including verbal/non-verbal, or immoral acts, including but not limited to verbal or physical assault/battery, theft of property, or any conditions that would merit police intervention or arrest during or after event show hours is strictly prohibited by B&A Management LLC for all talents booked at any events.

BA Management will not be held responsible or accountable for Talent misconduct in any regard that is described above.
